Regina M. “Reggie” Reis, 63 years, of Fremont, NE, died Tuesday, June 12, 2012 at Fremont Area Medical Center.

She was born January 27, 1949 in Norfolk, NE to Richard “Dick” and Mildred “Millie” (Cavanaugh) Perry. She lived in O’Neill and then moved to Fremont in 1958. She graduated from Archbishop Bergan High School in 1967. Reggie married Michael Reis December 27, 1969 at St. Patrick’s Catholic Church in Fremont. She worked at Haars Restaurant, J.C. Penney, A&W, Nurtrisystems and as an administrative assistant for numerous doctors offices in Fremont including Dr. Basler, Dr. Tella, Dr. Chleborad and Fremont Pain Management.

She was a member of St. Patrick’s Catholic Church in Fremont.

Survivors include: husband – Michael Reis; son – Cody and wife Jaime Reis of Sioux Falls, SD; father – Richard “Dick” Perry of Fremont; brothers – Dr. Richard “Rick” and wife Inday Perry of Conroe, TX, Keith and wife Carol Perry of Fremont, NE, Mike and wife Nerida Perry of Omaha, NE, Pat and wife Joy Perry of Kansas City, MO and Kelley and wife Susan Perry of Fremont, NE; sister – Gigi and husband John Harrington of Ralston, NE; 1 granddaughter - Ella; brothers-in-law – Rick Reis of Fremont, NE and Craig Reis of North Bend, NE; and several nephews and nieces. She was preceded in death by her mother and infant sister, Mitzi.

A Memorial Service will be held at 10:00 A.M. Friday, June 15, 2012 at St. Patrick’s Catholic Church in Fremont. Father Ron Battiato will officiate. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery in Fremont.

Memorials may be directed to Dodge County Humane Society in lieu of flowers.
